Hand-wound EGODRIFT Tengu 4525/515kV brushless motor for 700mm class helicopters, such as the XLPower Spectre 700, Goblin 700, T-Rex 700 or Gaui 700.

Each motor comes with a 35mm exterior length shaft to fit XLPower, SAB, and Gaui models. A longer shaft with 55mm (exterior) length (for Align helicopter models) is available as spare part.

EGODRIFT EGODRIFT Tengu high-performance brushless motor are the result of one year of development and testing. The 4525HS Tengu comes with a kV rating of 515kV and fits all 700mm class helicopters, such as the XLPower Spectre 700, Goblin 700, T-Rex 700 or Gaui 700 (and various other models).

At peak the motor outputs 9600W of power (2s), the safe continous power rings in at 5000W. The continues current is 100 Ampere, with a peak value of 200A (2s). Set motor timing for this motor between 5 and 15 deegrees.

All CNC parts are processed in our EGODRIFT factory on our Japanese Tsugami precision CNC machines for the utmost in precision and quality. We apply the same high standards to all other components used in the making of this motor, so it features EZO bearings, a custom made stator and special high temperature copper wire.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
