"Ukiyo-e No. 4" reaches a critical point, with a giant whale submerged and entangled, its eyes obstructed, losing its ability to see, hear, judge, and resist, allowing alienation and frenzy to take over. "Ukiyo-e No. 5" represents the idealized hope in this series. The image of a majestic lion symbolizes justice and strength, fearlessly treading through adversity and negative emotions, standing tall against danger, ultimately breaking through the darkness to greet the dawn.
